Mira Residence is a modern contemporary condominium interior design project located in Tanjung Bungah, Penang. Designed for a couple and their beloved fur kid, the home was carefully planned to create a balance between modern aesthetics, practical living, and long-term comfort.
This Penang condominium embraces clean architectural lines, soft neutral tones, and warm wood textures to create a calm and welcoming living environment. The overall interior design concept focuses on simplicity, spaciousness, and functionality while maintaining a refined and luxurious atmosphere throughout the home.
The open kitchen was designed as the heart of the home. Custom cabinetry, integrated shelving, and efficient storage solutions were carefully planned to support the owner’s passion for cooking and coffee making. A solid wood dining table anchors the dining space and encourages meaningful daily gatherings with family and friends.
Natural lighting and airy spatial planning help the living area feel bright, relaxed, and comfortable. Soft furnishing selections and layered textures introduce warmth and personality without overwhelming the modern contemporary interior concept.
Inside the bedroom, the design maintains a clean and calming atmosphere with functional wardrobe planning, concealed detailing, and preserved timber flooring that adds natural warmth to the space. A compact dressing area was also introduced for convenience while maintaining flexibility for future lifestyle changes.
The private workspace was customised to support productivity and online meetings while showcasing the client’s personal collectibles and interests. Neutral cabinetry and clean background planning ensure the room remains visually organised and timeless.
